Rhinegold has redesigned its fly rugs for 2019 to create the Savanna Range:
Soft mesh breathable fly rug with attached full neck. Cotton towelling lining along spine including neck cover. Double layer Lycra insert at withers for comfort. Features elastic loop on Velcro to attach to head collar poll. Three Velcro straps under neck for closure. Belly strap secured with three surcingles with full adjustment. Side skirts both front and back for freedom of movement with elasticated binding on the front for additional give. The front shoulder pleat is also elasticated. Extra large tail-guard, satin nylon lined for smooth feel against the horse.
The Savanna Rug does not have leg straps to enable it to remain light in weight.It has an elasticated, plastic covered fillet cord with trigger hooks both sides.
